On my return the machine told me I had to pay £55, which, as I had paid £45 on-line in advance did not please me!
However, the guy manning the 'help' button was very helpful & this problem was soon sorted.
My next return trip will be on Boxing Day so I hope there will be someone on duty in case I have the same problem again.

Good secure parking. Was able to leave the airport swiftly using excellent exit procedure. Useful after a long flight when I was tired. Only downside was the cost. It was more expensive to pre book . I was charged £45 plays £40 my ticket wanted to charge me at the exit barrier, despite claiming it was cheaper to pre book.

I found the system easy to use and would have no problem using it again if I fly from Teeside.
However, I did think it was a litle expensive ( I have paid less for 2 weeks at Manchester airport on site parking)

I have used the car park on a regular basis on business trips to Aberdeen so no problem with finding it.The only downside was that the infornation desk where you have to get your ticket validated was closed..@ 17:10? I had to go to the barrier & contact an agent through the speakerphone which wasn't very clear when speaking to or receiving reply.Otherwise no probs.

brilliant.jst got bak from dublin for 3 days.parked the car right outside terminal & pre paid booking.handed over ticket on arrival n they gave me card to swipe out.quick turn around n wud defo use again.i think if u lowered costs u wud get loads more bookings

Very easy to find, ample parking spaces and very close to the terminal building. Quick and efficient ticket validation. Overall a good experience.

The instructions given on the booking sheet did not match up with what I was able to do at the airport. The instructions requested me to place my card (used for payment) at the barrier and if this didn’t work, then to take a ticket. There was no option at the barrier to place my card. The instructions requested me to add my reference number at the barrier but there was no option to do this either with the machines in the airport entrance or at the barrier. I had to push the help button and the gentleman did take my reference number and allow me through. Your instructions need updating to suit the system you operate at Teesside airport. Thank you
